| shocks keep a spring from going boioioing. Your OEM shocks on sport mode apparently are not stiff enough to dampen the springs bounciness. Replace you shocks first because sometimes it will make the ride stiffer too. I see people install GC with stock shocks and the shocks quickly degrade and their ride becomes bouncy. Then they upgrade to aftermarket adjustable shocks and the problem is solved. Do you recall the ride not bouncy when you first had them installed, and then over time they became bouncier? If so then that confirms what people have been saying that the OEM shock was not meant to operate at such a fast rate. What I mean is, the shorter/stiffer a spring the faster it expands and contracts. When you put a faster expanding and contracting spring on, the shock's speed of expanding and contracting has to keep up. The shock is pushing fluid from one chamber to another through tiny holes when it operates. When you adjust a shock to a stiffer setting you cover up some holes and it makes it require more effort to push the fluid through thus making it require more effort to expand and contract. The stock OEM when forced to push the fluid through faster than normal creates too much pressure inside and it busts a seal and leaks and becomes not so stiff and your ride becomes bouncy. Its a very clear liquid and hard to see sometimes if they are leaking.
